Welcome to Amped Productions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchases you make from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Amped Productions is a New Orleans based dubstep collective offering artist bookings, events, and official merchandise. You can reach us any time at ampedproductionsllc@gmail.com.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to harm others. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time.
The Amped Productions name, logo, designs, text, and graphics on this site are owned by us or our partners and are protected by law. Artist names, music, and images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any of it without permission.
When you submit a mix or other audio through our site, you confirm that it is your own work or that you have the rights to share it. You grant us permission to listen to it and, if we choose, to feature or promote it across our channels. You keep ownership of your work, and we will not sell it.
Merchandise is sold through our store and is made to order, then printed and shipped by our print provider. We do our best to show products, colors, and prices accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen displays them exactly. Prices and availability can change at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is mispriced or unavailable, and we will refund you if we do.
Payments are handled by our store platform and its third-party payment processors. Your card details are entered directly with those processors and are never stored by us. You agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information.
Delivery of merchandise is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns or refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Please read both before ordering.
Our site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, SoundCloud, Facebook, our ticketing partner, and our store. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; their own terms and policies apply.
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amped Productions is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
